INTERMASK 137 is a temporary peelable solder mask. It is applied by hand and is supplied in a HDPE bottle.
Application is mainly by squeezing the bottle to deposit the paste onto the pads. The paste dries quickly.
INTERMASK 137 effectively shields the pads from solder during wave soldering operations.
It is designed to withstand fluxing, single, double or triple stage preheat and high solder bath temperatures in wave soldering operations.
It can also withstand normal oven temperatures for curing before wave soldering.
It can easily be peeled off after wave soldering
